I grew up in West Chester, Pennsylvania. This is my twentieth year teaching and I’m teaching at Lincoln Heights Magnet Elementary School. I swam competitively since I was seven and I swam for Clarion University of Pennsylvania. My specialties were individual medley and backstroke events. This is my fourth year coaching swimming and I've taught swim lessons to various age groups. I cannot wait to use my experience to teach younger swimmers the fundamentals and stroke and turn technique this summer. I look forward to working with each of you toward achieving your swimming goals. I am married to my wife Colleen and we have two children, Declan and Gavin. Outside of the pool deck, I like to go kayaking, fishing and hiking.

Hello! My name is Grace, and I’m very excited to help coach for the Silver Fins this year! I am a rising junior at Cardinal Gibbons High School and have been swimming since I was 5 with both the Silver Fins and with Raleigh Swimming Association. I am a certified lifeguard and love being around the water. I am a national-level swimmer and am a qualifier for Senior Nationals in Indianapolis and Summer Junior Nationals in Irvine, CA this summer. I look forward to sharing my love of swimming with the team! Go Silver Fins!

I am a sophomore at Middle Creek High School, where I’m a part of the cross country and track teams. I’ve lived in Brighton Forest for 15 years and have been on the swim team since I was five. In the past I’ve often been picked for the sportsmanship award because I love to encourage other swimmers and cheer on the team. This will be my first year as an assistant coach, and I can’t wait for it! Thank you!

I have been a member of the Silver Fins since I was five years old and have loved being on the team! I'm a rising 8th grader at West Lake Middle School. I also love to play soccer and softball for my school and play club soccer with Wake FC. I love spending time with little kids and making their days brighter. I am looking forward to being a junior coach this year and helping to grow the team.
